Packaging For Product Sets, Packing & Shipping Boxes To Amazon, Selling Packaged Kits

When selling a product that's made up of multiple pieces to form a kit, it's going to be a lot easier to sell them in a boxed set, rather than individual loose pieces which Amazon don't allow.
Firstly check how the supplier currently packages them, because you're better off working with them to 'improve' the packaging, instead of re-creating the entire process.
They should have some type of polystyrene packaging that's cut out to fit the individual pieces, or you can request a quote from the supplier to have this packaging specifically made to fit the pieces, which is then packed into the outer layer of packaging.

Otherwise if you were selling something that couldn't get damaged, for example cushion covers that were sold in a set, you could simply have the set of cushion covers placed straight into the outer layer of packaging without any padding / polystyrene etc.
With the outer layer of packaging, this is where we recommend using a third party printing company to design high quality professional packaging with Amazons product label requirements (refer to the 'FBA Checklist' in Stage 4 of the program) which could be a box, bag or tub etc depending on the product.
