Donating a portion of your ebay profits to charity is a great way to pay it forward and here's an overview of ebay's charity policy:

* Your chosen charity must be registered with the ACNC (Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission) at http://www.acnc.gov.au

* When listing an item for sale you need to include the a statement in your listing with the charities name and ABN number such as '[Insert charity name] is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission ABN [Insert 11 digit ABN].

* If you're listing on behalf of a registered charity to raise money to donate to them, you also have to include a photo or scanned image of written consent to fundraise on their behalf on their official letterhead, signed by an officer and include the percentage of the final sale price you'll be donating.
