Feedback - What Happens If My Buyer Doesn't Leave Feedback?
Posted by Live Now Education G Support Team, Last modified by Live Now Education G Support Team on 22 March 2016 04:14 PM

Whilst leaving feedback for your buyer and/or seller is highly recommended, it's not compulsory so some buyers will not leave any positive feedback unless you remind them and here's a few of our favourite ways to ask for feedback:

1) Thank-you note - include a thank-you note in the parcel so as soon as the buyer receives their goods they are reminded to leave feedback

2) Give a reason - don't just ask for feedback, give them a reason to want to leave feedback for you or benefits why they should do so

3) Send an email - write up an email template you can send through ebay messages to request feedback (include step 2 in the email)

4) Give them a call - you can get you buyers phone number through ebay (search the help & contact tab) and have a chat with your buyer

5) Sell more items - to increase your feedback score, list more and sell more!
